Dad's Killer Sandwich
Our Dad's Killer Sandwich is the father of all the Killer Sandwiches at B&B Grocery, Meat & Deli. It began when our family butchers made themselves sandwiches for lunch.
Hungry customers wanted a sandwich of their own. Soon, a customer said he wanted a "Killer Sandwich." We accomondated the request and created a Dad's Killer!
With that our Killer Deli was born.
B&B Grocery, Meat & Deli's famous Dad's Killer sandwich consists of roast beef, turkey breast, smoked ham, corned beef, pepper cheese, Swiss cheese, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, Kosher pickles, mustard, Miracle Whip, Tuscan Italian dressing on an Italian hoagie roll.
In 2008, the readers of the Des Moines Register voted our Dad's Killer Sandwich as the Best Deli Sandwich in Des Moines, Iowa.
